Jedi Star Fighter

After Isaac got his Jedi Star Fighter, Maryam told me she wanted Ahsoka's fighter. She saw it in the Lego catalog. It hadn't came out yet, so I used the directions from Anakin's fighter to create this ship:
Maryam made up her own girl jedi since we don't have Ahsoka. She likes the ship alot and has thanked me many times for making it. I like that it has saved us $40 for now.

Trip to the Lego Store

Ok, I don't have pictures of the actual trip, but I can say the Lego store in the King of Prussia Mall is awesome! We had a great time. Isaac had problems deciding on what to get. First castle, then Star Wars, then Agents, then finally Star Wars. He got Anakin's star fighter from the Clone Wars.
Maryam got a cup of Legos from the pick-a-brick wall. She got some pretty cool bricks. She also got a brick separator. This is the coolest invention ever. My wife says it will save our teeth. She got me two for my birthday.

I was looking for the Clone Army builder - 8014 Clone Walker Battle Pack but unfortunately they were sold out. I was told I could order it at the store and it would be delivered to our house. The best part - free shipping! Can't beat that. The set was backordered and supposed to ship the 17th of January. It came the 6th. If you get a chance to pick one up, I highly recommend it.

Lastly, Gianna got a cool farm Duplo set. It will go well with all her Dora legos! All in all we had a great day.

Updated Arcade Cabinet

The arcade cabinet is coming along. I added some preliminary graphics. I consulted with my friend Mike and need to make some edits to the Japanese text "Gemu Oataku" Arcade. Will be getting to it soon and will post new pics.

Our Legos

Here is a shot of our lego studio. I have 32 years of legos mixed in with the kids legos of 8 years.

There is also 3-4 bins in Isaac's room as well. My wife really wants all the legos in the basement. Still working on it.

Pirates!

We decided to build my pirate ship again! It took three days but here it is.

I seem to have misplaced one of the masts but luckily the kids had the viking boat mast for the replacement. I also had to make replacement sails out of construction paper. (And yes those are fire nation flags) :]
